Hi @debbiecollins
When I go into the backend and click on an order it takes 30 – 50 seconds to load and the website goes down.
The slow load time when you click on an order in the backend could be due to various reasons. It might be due to a server issue, a problem with your internet connection, or it could be related to the plugins you are using. To troubleshoot this, you can try disabling all your plugins and then re-enabling them one by one to see if the issue persists. This will help you identify if a specific plugin is causing the slow load time. You can find a detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.
On the WooCommerce Home page There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.
This could be a temporary issue regarding the error message on the WooCommerce Home page. Please try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in. If the issue continues, it could be related to the incompatible plugins detected.
I also recommend increasing your WordPress memory limit to 512 MB or higher, PHP post max size to 2 GB, PHP post max size to 1200, and PHP max input vars to 6144.
On the WooCommerce setting page features I get this Incompatible plugins detected (FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Canada Post Shipping Plugin with Print Label).
The error message you’re receiving about incompatible plugins, specifically the FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Canada Post Shipping Plugin with Print Label, suggests that these plugins are not compatible with your current version of WooCommerce or with each other. You might need to update these plugins, or if they are already updated, you might need to contact the plugin developers for further assistance.

It seems like you’re trying to use some experimental features. These features are still in development and might not work perfectly. If you’re having issues with these features, disabling them until they are fully developed might be best.
The “Data storage for orders” section is showing you two options for how your orders are stored. The “WordPress post tables” is the traditional way of storing orders, while the “High performance order storage” is a new method that is designed to be faster and more efficient. However, to switch to the new method, you need to have your posts and orders table in sync, which it seems they currently are not. You can click on “Sync 112 pending orders” to try and sync these tables.
I hope this helps clarify some of the issues you’re experiencing. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Thanks!
