Hi There,
I’ve just received an order through our website via Woocommerce. We received an order email and the payment has been received in Paypal, the issue issues the transaction does not appear in the “Woocommerce – Orders” section in the WordPress backend.
Further to this I attempted to find if the order via PHPMyAdmin. I searched the database and found a table labelled “wc_order_stats”. I saw all our other order transactions in that table but not this one, which implies to me that somehow this order has not been logged in WordPress. Here is the System Status Report:

The main issue is that we require the customer's phone number to complete the order and this is only provided via the "Woocommerce-Orders" section and is not listed on the confirmation email we recieve. 

Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Myles!

Thank you for reaching out and for sending the system status report.

In it, I can see that your database version isn’t matching your WooCommerce version.

As a first step, please try updating the database to match the WooCommerce version by going to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and clicking the Update database button.

Before proceeding, please make sure you have a backup in place.

Then, please clear WooCommerce and expired transients in the same place described above by clicking the Clear transients button.

Once you do this, please check if the issue persists. If it continues, please share with us a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → System Status → Logs (if available)
