[WooCommerce] Order List and Single Order Pages Slow

    I have Jetpack installed on 2 different websites and am also using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax (which requires Jetpack to be installed).

    With Jetpack enabled, the Order List and Single Order Edit Screens are intolerably slow. With Jetpack disabled, both Order Screens are very fast.

    I do not know if the Shipping & Tax plugin has anything to do with this, but the main reason I have Jetpack installed is that I can use the Shipping & Tax plugin

    Any ideas about this?

    I understand that the Order page and Single order page have a slow load when Jetpack is enabled, is this correct?

    Please could you clarify if this issue is present on both sites or only one? Also, do you recall any recent changes/updates made to your site prior to noticing this issue?

    I am unable to replicate this on my test site which has both Jetpack and WooCommerce Shipping and Tax enabled, as my Order page and Single order page load as expected.

    Have you managed to temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Jetpack and WooCommerce to rule out plugin conflicts that may be causing this issue? If not, can you try this and see if you are able to find a potential culprit?

    Hi Roxy,

    Thanks for your quick reply and for the helpful links. I have done some more testing. After deactivating, reactivating, and reconnecting Jetpack, deactivating and reactivating WC S&T, I not longer am noticing this issue.

    If anything changes, I’ll let you know, but I’m marking this as resolved for now.
