    Under Woocommerce>Settings>Orders>Export>Orders>Open Tool.

    Both CSV and XML downloads aren’t being downloaded completely. I’ve tried this on both Chrome and Firefox and downloads all fail. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

    Hi there,

    Looking at the path you mentioned, I suspect that might be powered by a 3rd party plugin as doesn’t form part of the core WooCommerce plugin.

    In contrast, here’s what I’m seeing on my testing website:
