Woocommerce order email only includes certain addon options.

I’m trying to customize the order email Woocommerce sends to the web admin when an order is placed. The website client wants to use the email to fulfill orders. We are using the Addons & Upsells plugin for Woocommerce, and I have 4 addons set up to get unique information that my client needs. However, only 1 of the 4 addons shows up within the order email the client is receiving. They need all 4.

I have the admin-new-order.php file open and have searched extensively and haven’t been able to figure out how I can add those specific addons fields to the email.

Here is the site. Part of what I’m running into is that the checkout field names in the HTML of the site don’t seem to match the labels in the email.
