    Hi,

    My email order confirmation is currently sending from the wrong email address.

    Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be great!

  • Hello @clairehattrick3 ,

    That’s concerning.

    Please check the email settings from wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and scroll down a bit and then look for the Email sender options. Make sure to use your desired email from the field.

    If this is not working, I suspect you have a custom code or another plugin to change this. You can deactivate all of your plugins except WooCommerce and switch over to a different theme while making test orders.
