    Hello devildad

    Thank you for your reply.

When you changed the server did you also change the website domain?
I am asking because changing the domain requires additional steps.

The error shown in the screenshot suggests that the website is not reachable.
This means WordPress and WooCommerce did not have a chance to run.

Is this error consistently appearing whenever you try to edit an order?
Can you check if the domain name in the URL is correct when the error appears?

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

No, I didn’t change the domain. Website is rechargeable you can check topupghorbd.com when I try to edit any order then the website is reachable

    Hey, @devildad!

    Thanks for the clarification!

This issue can be caused by many different things.

    • Have you tested opening the orders on a different browser or internet connection?
    • Do you have any firewalls or anti-virus on your computer?
    • Can you check the server logs to see if there are any error showing there?
    • Have you reached out to your host to see if everything is fine on their end?
    • Is everything okay with the SSL certificate?
    • Are you using a VPN?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
