    Hi,
I’m creating a mail model for the order confirmation. I didn’t find FAQ page about it so I have a few question:
1- it’s possible do it with fluentcrm?
2- How can I replace the automatic woocommerce mail? (maybee disabling it in woocommerce settings/email then creating an automation in fluentcrm? or ther’s a place to specify what model to use?)
3- Are the default wp email placeholders working {order_total} or should I use the fluentcrm format {{order.total}} ?

    thanks for the answer,
    Catherine

I understood I can do it with the pro version. I already plan to buy it when my e-commerce site would be online but:
1- is it really possible/ recommanded or not with pro version
2- if yes, have you a guide about how to do it?
3- what is the correct syntax for placeholders? is there a list?
4- is there a more speedy support for the pro version (more than 5 days for an answer is – at less – not reactive! and not the support I need for a working e-commerce site).

    Hello @cathag,

Sorry for the delayed response. Thank you for your interest in FluentCRM.

    Regarding your questions –

    – You can send automated emails from CRM based Woocommerce orders. Regarding the shortcodes, you should use the FluentCRM format {{order.total}} in the email, otherwise, it won’t work.
    – For the placeholders, you can find a list of all the available shortcodes by clicking the icon on the right, see this screenshot.
    – We have a dedicated support channel which you can find in your wpmanageninja account. We recommend opening a support ticket in our dedicated support channel to get a faster response.

    Thank you.
