Woocommerce Order and view order doesn’t work with UltimateMember

Could you please try editing the Order page and then see if the UM Content Restriction settings is turned on?

I couldn’t find it on the page while editing, so i went on to check under UM settings and i find out that i didn’t restrict anything. So can you please explain further how i can check the content restriction settings?

Is the /my-account/ page still in the WP Admin > Pages? Or are you using /my-account/ for UM Account as well? You can check it in the WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Pages.

Yes, it is in the WP admin > pages.
Yes, im using my-account for UM Account, but im using account for woocommerce.

Unfortunately, you need a dedicated Account page for UM Account form. You cannot use the My Account page from WooCommerce as a UM Account page.

No, im not using the same page for the two, i meant that the name of the page im using for UM is ‘My Account’ with ‘account’ as the slug. Im using “Account” for woocommerce with “my-account” as slug.

Please try re-saving the URL rewrite rules by saving the form in WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks. Let’s see if this will resolve the issue.

I’ve tried it and still the same. The problem still persist
