Woocommerce Order and view order doesn’t work with UltimateMember

  • Guys,
    I have no idea what is going on!

    When UltimateMember plugin is activated, woocommerce my account order pages doesn’t access…

    If I access:
    /my-account/orders

    It redirects me to /my-account … What do I have to do?

    Hi @fairtradero,

    Please check what pages you’ve assigned in Ultimate member -> Setings -> General -> Pages.
    If you have the WooCommerce my account page as an Ultimate member account page and vice versa the issues may occur.

    Hi, I fixed it, but I still have a problem, I don’t use the My Member Profile page and when users add an image to their profile it doesn’t update, how can I turn off the option to upload profile image

    wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Edit Form (Profile) > Customize this form

    On the right side select Yes for Customize this form. From there you can select No for Enable Cover Photos and for Disable Profile Photo Upload select Yes.

    They don’t have specific instructions to just that but here’s the page that shows where the customizations are for forms.
