WooCommerce Order Add Upload Files by Customer option – Vendor cannot see fle

  • If I enable Customer Upload of files (e.g. to enable the customer to upload a jpg of a design they want printed) after placing an order – that jpg is only visible to site admin, not the vendor, and the uploaded file is not attached to the order in any way (it just appears in the admin media folder) – nor is there any notification that the customer has uploaded a file.

    The setting is in WooCommerce/Settings/Checkout/Order/Add Upload Files

    How can I fix this so the uploaded file is appended to the order and is visible to the vendor?
