    Hi there,

    I got an woocommerce shop and an issue with my shop which should already be online.

    The automized mails confirmation of an order is only send to the customer if he has registered on my page.

    As i also want to have guest orders and an automized confirmation this is not great.

    Did someone have this issue before and can help me solving it?

    Please reach out if you need more info since I have no clue what might be the problem.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It looks like you are having some issues with the order emails only being sent to registered customers, correct?

    WooCommerce should send order confirmation emails to both registered and guest customers by default if guest checkout is enabled.

    Can you please confirm that Guest checkout is enabled by navigating to WooCommerce → Settings → Account & Privacy tab:

    If this looks good, can you please clarify if this has been an ongoing issue or one that recently surfaced? If the latter, do you recall any updates/changes made on the site prior to this issue popping up?

    Also, please can you clarify the following:

    • Does this occur with multiple payment gateways on checkout or only a specific one?
    • Does this occur with all order email types (Processing, On-Hold, Complete)?
    • Are you able to replicate this issue when creating a test order as a guest?

    Additionally, I’d like to have a better understanding of your sites current environment. Please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce?→?Status.

    Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
