WooCommerce – only one category showing on shop page

Even though I have products listed under a parent category and several subcategories, only one of those is showing up on the shop page . For instance, Danger Zone album is subcategorised with Grades from 2 to 6, along with several other subcategories under the parent category of Piano Music but only 2nd Grade shows up on the shop page. Similarly the In My Room Album …

I’ve got the shop page settings to show Products and Categories and the Category display to show subcategories and products.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
