• Is WooCommerce Ok to use for a medium size store (say 7000-10,000 items with an estimated 100 or so purchases per day)?

For example, if you have a decent server and use w3cache, smushit etc, are the page loading times OK? I assume normal shared hosting is not a good idea for loading time?

Are there any other usability issues for this size of store – for example, admin issues?

I’m happy developing WordPress websites which is why WooCommerce is so tempting; but have also read that OpenCart has clunky code and caching and database issues and that Magento has a massively steep learning curve and is time-consuming for both users and developers.

Would like to use WooCommerrce for a customer but am just wanting to make sure it will perform Ok for him.

    Would appreciate any advice.

Sorry to ask again, but does anyone have any experience with a medium size Woocommerce store?
