WooCommerce not using default language everywhere

Hello,
I’m using WooCommerce v2.6.4 on WordPress 4.6.1 on site https://www.tsemanie.be/ts.
The website is configured in dutch by default. There are no language plugins (WPML, LocoTranslate) active.
Problem is that apparently, for some reason, Dutch & English are being mixed in the WooCommerce pages.
If you add something to your cart, and visit the cart page (https://tsemanie.be/sj/winkelmand/) it is in english, but when you continue to checkout (https://tsemanie.be/sj/afrekenen/), that page is in Dutch. A product page (ex: https://tsemanie.be/sj/product/comfy-white/) has mixed labels of English and Dutch.
What is going on? I’ve installed the Dutch localisation files as described on the Wiki, I’ve did several clean reinstalls, but no success so far.
Can anybody help? I’m getting kind of desperate

It does seem like the theme is translation (po & mo files) Ready though.
