    Hello,

    This is my first time receiving orders via WooCommerce. The items are connected to Printify and I have not had an issue adding items to the website when I created designs. I received no kind of notification that orders hit my WooCommerce plugin but now that I see them, I realized that Printify is not displaying the orders on their end. How can I fix this? WooCommerce is making it appear that I will ship the order myself. Payment has already appeared to have been made for it is “on hold”. The money was not sent directly to me so I would be out of money trying to fulfill the order. Printify taking hours to respond.

    Someone on here said you have to put the item “In Production” Printify actually answered me 2 days later stating this. This site is not very helpful.

    I posted this in another topic also. Pardon the repeat, but I’m desperate.

    Welp, my Prinitfy universe has worked fine enough for some time. Recently (Dec 2020), I have two order that won’t show up in Prinitfy’s order dashboard, same as above. Here’s my trouble: both are marked in Woo/WP as “processing.”

    Please advise? I can’t seem to even open a chat window in Printify. Help, please!
