Woocommerce Not Showing Prices and Other Problems

  • Hello:

    I installed and set up Woocommerce on this site https://labelleimageinc.com. This site uses WordPress 4.3.1 and the Aqua theme 1.2.0 by jwsthemes. Woocommerce is not showing any prices. I have prices typed in the admin set up for the product pages but they are not showing up in the admin product list or on the actual pages see single page under product menu for Bath Basket. In addition, Woocommerce is repeating the images of the product on the page where multiple products are shown, see https://labelleimageinc.com/products/. Lastly, I can’t get to the detailed single page by clicking on an individual item on the products page. And when the “Add to Cart” is clicked, there is no indication anything happened other than it adds the words “View Cart”. Is this how it is supposed to work? Can someone tell me how to fix these issues?

  • Theme version: 1.2.0 – there are two versions with that number, see the changelog:

    Ensure you are using the later one of the two.

    The Add-to-cart should give a visual clue.

    Try to identify the software element that is causing all these problems. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. If the problems resolve, you have a plugin conflict. Reactivate your plugins one-by-one and test to try to identify which one is causing the problems.

    If the problems are still there, switch to the default theme. If this fixes the problems, your theme is at fault. Refer to theme vendor’s support service. Support is included in the price you paid. It looks like its a new theme with not many sales.

    If the problems are still there when you are using just the default theme and WooCommerce, you probably have an incomplete or corrupted install, so export your data and start over with fresh downloads and a fresh database.

    Hi Uishi. I assume you got this issue sorted out already as I see the prices and Add to Cart working just fine. All is good on my end.

    Otherwise, you can do as suggested by @lorro and try contacting the theme developer.
