• Afternoon. Looking for some help. I have spoken with our web developer and Helcim and both are pointing the finger at the other. Here is the issue. A client is checking out and is buying multiple items. WooCommerce sends the information to Helcim. On the email from Helcim regarding the order, only the first product is listed. This means we have to call the client to see what they ordered. Helcim stated that woocommerce has updated their platform and Helcim isn’t aware of what they did to make this happen. So here I sit with no answer. I hope someone out there has an actual answer other than go back to your web developer.
