Woocommerce not sending order mails to either cpanel inbox or office 365

    Hello, I would like to ask for help regarding woocommerce not sending orders from my orders@ address.

    I am able to receive other mails coming to orders@ but not thru the woocommerce plugin.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    As a first step you’d want to check if the emails are being correctly generated by installing a plugin like WP Mail Logging.

    If the logs show that WooCommerce is generating emails but the emails are not sent, you’ll want to check if you have the right “From” email address in WooCommerce > Settings >Emails.

    Please let us know how it goes so that we can troubleshoot further if required. Thanks for confirming that the mailbox is able to receive emails from other sources.
