    Hi.
I have read all the posts about it and to clarify the situation, all the tests done are the following:
1 – Only the generated automatic emails are not sent to the user making the purchase, or to the administrator who should receive the “new purchase” notice
2 – From the order, I can force the sending of any of these emails and they work well.
3 – WP Mail Logging does not register any automatic email but does register those sent from the order
4 – I tried several SMPT pluggins and none works in these conditions.
5 – I deactivated all plug-ins except Woocommerce and it doesn’t send automatic emails either
6 – I tried several versions of PHP and it doesn’t work either
7 – All possible woocommerce configurations involving emails have been tested and are ok
8 – I have 7 woocommerce installed and I have no problems with any of them
9 – When I first installed and even updated to one of the latest versions, everything worked ok

    Hi there,

This might require a web developer to take a closer look at what’s going on since it involves login details.

With that said, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your system status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status**
    • Share a screenshot of your email setup under **WooCommerce > Settings > Emails** and **WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Order > Manage**

    Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
