    Hi Guys.

I have a very strange issue with Woocommerce not sending particular e-mails. The thing is that most of the times the buyer as well as the administrator doesn’t receive e-mails about new order. I have installed WP Mail Log to see what’s going on and I see the buyer received e-mail once he registers at the shop as well as when his order is completed. However he doesn’t receive e-mail when he places an order. I don’t remember messing with settings or anything…

    Mt settings:

    Do you have any ideas?

    Regards
    Saul

Hey Saul! Question about the email address that’s being used: is it a G Suite address, and is it from the same domain as the shop? In that case, it helps to install an SMTP plugin such as Easy WP SMTP. Google requires a bit of data to be included in the email if the sender is on the same domain as the receiver, which is something that’s not included when wp_mail functions are used.

Can you try that out and see if it helps?

    Hi.

Sorry for the late reply. Only now I found the minute to try out your method. Easy WP SMTP works!
    Thank you very much.

    Regards
    Saul
