I set up shipping and want to offer specific services (USPS international)
I only use one size of box, so I unchecked the others. After saving, navigating away, and returning, the settings have not saved.

Additionally, when I do a price adjustment, it also does not save.

I have also selected “Ship items individually, in their original packaging.” but when I return to the screen it still says, “Pack items together, in as few packages as possible.”

Also, the rates are wrong anyways. I just had someone pay $74 for shipping, when it cost me $80 to ship.

It won’t even save the Shipping method title.

    Hi @aaron843,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Please make sure you have a backup in place of your site and database. You could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site to the previous state.

I’d also suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

      Thanks!

Happens with all other plugins and themes disabled. That was the first thing I tried.

    Hi again,

Thanks for confirming it still happens after conflict testing.

Could you kindly share your shipping setup? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.

Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks.
