• I see so many posts here asking for help (and I am one of them) but no one ever replies. Do Woo developers not offer any kind of support? I can’t seem to find anyone to email on their website either.

    Frustrating.

  • Sorry to hear that lindacarey! I’m not apart of Woo Support, but I check in here from time to time to see if I can help out.

What kind of questions did you have?

I’m also not part of Woo.

The WooCommerce team will respond through the forum regarding issues which are affecting a large number of users. This is usually just after updates.

However, the WooCommerce plugin is free so its not reasonable to expect professional support for individual issues, nearly all of which are customisation requests or conflicts/interaction with other software. Commercial support agreements don’t cover these types of issues.

    Support options are:
    – community volunteer support here – can be hit and miss. Note the demand is heavy compared to the number of volunteers.
    – try premium support at woocommerce.com
    – hire a Woo Expert: https://woocommerce.com/experts/
    – find a developer partner by posting-a-job: https://jobs.wordpress.net/

Yes but I find it not so much acceptable.
Automatik is happy that so many people use woocommerce, and the company is rich enough to pay someone to reply to support !
