Woocommerce not installing pages when activated

Hi

I have tried to work with woocommerce on a new webpage. I removed some of the autogenerated pages when I installed the plugin.
Now I would like to get them back. I have tried to deactivate and afterwords activated it again also I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled it but is seems that the pages (like – sample page, shop, cart, checkout and so on)are not installed.

Under Options in the woocommerce plugin under Pages the drop down boxes are gone. I cannot choose any pages and the pages are not visible one the homepage.
There is just at Home button – and thats all.

How do I get the autogenerated pages back?
