Woocommerce not displaying 11 orders

If I understand correctly, 11 orders placed between the above mentioned dates are missing, correct?

As a first step, can you please head over to?WooCommerce → Settings →?Accounts and Privacy?and double-check if any of the?Personal data retention?options have any values set.

If so, you can remove the value and leave the option blank to retain this data indefinitely:

These settings determine how long your database keeps orders and customer data before it is deleted. By default, all the values should be set to either 0 or N/A.

If there are no values set, can you please clarify the following:

• Are there any similarities with the missing orders (i.e. same payment gateway, same products, customer location etc.)
• Are you currently using any plugins that directly affect the orders page, such as a custom order status plugin?
• Do you recall any changes/updates made to the site before the orders went missing?

Additionally, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment.

You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you have this, please share the results with us here.

NO. They are all set to N/A, just as your screen grab displays.

If there are no values set, can you please clarify the following:

No.?There are no apparent similarities:

They 11 orders came from three gateways: CC/DC, Apple Pay and PayPal

They came from three different products.

They came from 9 different customer states.

They all occurred after the 8.5.0 update and before I was able to rollback to 8.4.0

—> I believe these problems, including the loss of 11 orders, were possibly caused by the 8.5.0 update,?which caused other critical problems?including the inability to take orders. (On the?Shop page, clicking on any item’s “Add to Cart” returned the user to the Shop page AND did not add the item to the Cart. I see other users had that problem with 8.5.0)

8.5.0, on its own, marked two of my products as Out of stock, when they were not. Two to four Images on the Shop page (depending on the browser used) did not display. 8.5.0 was a disaster for me.

I have rolled back to 8.4.0, and all 8.5.0 problems are gone. Though woocommerce is set to Disable auto-update, every time Woo is updated, as with 8.5.1., it auto updates my Woocommerce.
