woocommerce not collecting correct information

    hello everyone, i have been using paypal addon through woocommerce with no issue but now that i have added a Buy now through woocommerce, the additional tab that says
    (detail for item) “name” does not come through when they purchase through this button?

    am i missing something or is this a bug as i havnt seen a workaround.

    iv marked it as a required area to fill in but it doesnt come to me after they pay.

    It seems that you have added that additional option using another plugin. Can you please let us know which plugin did you use?

    Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Hey @jdema12,

    Often times extra fields are not supported by Apple Pay and Google Pay. My suspicion is this is what is happening here.

    I would suggest disabling the “Express Payment” buttons so that users don’t run into any trouble with this field.

    You can disable these by going to Payments > Settings and unchecking the box next to “Apple Pay / Google Pay” and saving your settings.
