WooCommerce not calculating taxes in shopping cart

Hello there,
I just tested using an address in Chicago, IL, 60612 and I get taxes calculated on checkout:

It’s under the section “Automated Taxes do not appear to be calculating”. The documentation says the following:

We see your business is in Illinois, therefore, only shipping addresses within Illinois will calculate tax.
