Why would you want to receive the order details in a public channel?
It can contain the private information like email, phone number etc.

Otherwise if you want to receive in a group, then you can use the group ID as given in the instructions there.

Yes, right, I meant private group and not channel. I see now. I thought the option “Private notification” worked only as a PM to a single user, but it works for groups as well. Thank you again!

If you still want to receive that message into a channel, you can simply enter the channel username ??
