I have WordPress and WooCommerce set up. I am receiving orders ok, so the site is working, but any time I receive an order, the site title comes up as “My Blog” and not as “Nav-e-gate4less” as I have set in the “Site Title” under Appearance – Customise.

I have tried changing the email subject, but it is completely greyed out when I try to edit it.

I’ve tried the Mail Poet plugin, but that doesn’t let me edit the subject.

Any suggestions, preferably without having to edit code?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @navegate4less

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the site title on the New Order email is still written as My Blog even after updating it under Appearance >Customize, correct?

Please try to delete all transients under WooCommerce > Status > Tools, create a test order and see if this works?

    • WooCommerce transients
    • Expired transients

Otherwise, please have your host purge the site cache. Please also try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?

Let us know how it goes!
