Woocommerce New Order Email definitely not working

Hello guys.
Yes i saw same thread with similar name on the very first page but there’s no any help in it and it’s being closed – hence my new thread.
So my issue with WP Mail Logging plugin is that Woocommerce New Order Email is most definitely not being Logged. I am speaking about new email order which is being sent to store owner.
Here are some facts from my scenario:
1. New Email order is definitely being sent – i am the one getting it
2. All other Woocommerce emails ARE recorded in this plugin. So for example Completed order sent to customer is there. Or Woocommerce account creation email is being logged. Even emails sent from other plugins like Contact Form 7 are normally logged.
3. There is no any additional plugin or some function in functions.php which could interfere with WP Mail Logging plugin.
4. New order was definitely logged in – in past it worked normally.
5. Woocommerce 3.7.0 here
6. Latest wordpress 5.2.2Correct me if i am wrong but is official response from main developer of WP Mail Logging plugin “perhaps something is changed in woocommerce”? – Note i am aware that plugin is free and i am grateful i just want to know is this official statement so i can know what to do next.
Is there any chance we could debug this by ourselves to help main developer of this plugin to pinpoint what is causing this bug?
