    Hi there, my checkout details email has a problem with the data format it shows as one number. How can i change it to the correct format dd/mm/yy 12:00?

    Yes thats the date i mean.

    Im using woocommerce for the emails.

    The date format is controlled in the WordPress settings, not WooCommerce. Would you mind sharing screenshots of your Date and Time Format settings in General > Settings? I’m curious to know if you’re using any custom or predefined format.
