Woocommerce multistep checkout plugin not working

    Woocomnerce multistep checkout plugin does not work even if it is active. Checkout steps are not shown and previous button, next button & back to cart button are not visible.

    There might be an incompatibility with the theme or another plugin. You can check that by changing the theme for a moment and see if the steps show up on the checkout page or not? Or you can try deactivating other plugins one by one until the steps show up on the checkout page.

    Let me know what you find out so I can research this further on my test website.

    Hi,
    I have checked funcionality of plugin after deactivating other plugins one by one.
    I have installed plugin for “Request to quote” functionality. When this plugin is active I could not find checkout steps.
    Could you please guide?

    There are several open-source plugins for the “request to quote” functionality (for example: NP Quote Request for WooCommerce, Quotes for WooCommerce, YITH WooCommerce Request for Quote or Request a Quote) and several commercial ones. Could you tell me exactly which plugin are you using?

    I am using free version of “NP Quote Request for Woocommerce ”

    I’ve suggested a solution to the NP Quote Request plugin developers.

    If you want a temporary solution until the NP Quote Request plugin releases a fix, you can delete the “form-checkout.php” file from the “/wp-content/themes/estore/woocommerce/checkout/” folder. Note that this is a temporary solution and will be overridden at the moment you make an update to the theme.
