Woocommerce – Multiple flat rates for 3 different country zones

Hi,

I’m trying to set up flat rate shipping based on item weight and buyer’s location. For orders in the US, Canada, or international, I have 4 different product weights, and therefore shipping prices each that must be set. For example, if something weighs one pound, it costs 4 dollars to ship in the US, it costs 10 to ship to Canada, and 20 internationally. If it’s 2 pounds, it’s 8, 16, and 24 dollars. Since I have 4 different shipping classes (less than a pound, 1-2, 2-3, and 3-4 pounds) I need to set 4 costs taking the location into account. I’ve read and read for 2 days with no clear solution to the problem.

Let me also say I have downloaded at least 10 different shipping plugins, and while many are useful, none allow you to set a) which countries you ship to and b) a rate for each of those countries based on the weight of the item. Many plugins do one of these or the other. I need something that will allow something like this:

To US:
< 1 lb: 4
1-2 lb: 8
2-3 lb: 12
3-4 lb: 16

To Canada:
< 1 lb: 7
1-2 lb: 10
2-3 lb: 16
3-4 lb: 20

Everywhere else:
< 1 lb: 15
1-2 lb: 18
2-3 lb: 20
3-4 lb: 25
