WooCommerce : multiple delivery rules

Here, for a WooCommerce site that sells pastries, I will need to set up several delivery methods:

– withdrawal points (partner shops)
– courier delivery in the Toulouse metropolitan area
– shipping via PackLink Pro

The concern is that some products cannot be stored easily (eg cream puffs).

shipping via PackLink Pro
The concern is that some products cannot be stored easily (eg cream puffs).

Therefore, this type of product will not be shipped outside of Toulouse.

For the inhabitants of Toulouse, the cream puffs can be delivered by courier, or collected in withdrawal points after having selected a time slot.

Note that it should also be taken into account that the cream puffs must be ordered 48 hours in advance, and can only be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday.

In addition, in the event that a customer wishes to order cream puffs + a cake that is easier to keep (eg Madeleine) only delivery by courier should be possible.

For the management of relay points I thought I would go through expanding Local Pickup Plus, and Order Delivery for home delivery, in both cases I needed to have a date selector, and in the case of Order Delivery to define a duration minimum required to prepare the order.

And I am thinking of defining the delivery classes to apply them according to the types of products.

I will also have to see how to block the delivery of cream puffs outside Toulouse.

Does this sound playable to you? Do you have some recommendations?
