    Hello I have some problem with WooCommerce Multilingual product translator.
    It doesn’t show me the original version, so I can’t understand what should I tranlaste.
    Does anyone have had the same problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to WCML Support and I apologize for the delayed response.

    We just released WCML 4.11.1 to all users and hopefully that resolved the issue you were experiencing. It is definitely NOT normal that the original product fields are not shown to you for translation.

    unfortunately the problem is still present in our website and we cannot see the original test in WCM
    could you please help us?

    I opened a ticket and this was the answer:

    Hi Marco,

    I am not sure where you opened the ticket as no one on our Support Team would have sent you back here and we do not close a ticket without the user’s confirmation.

    As mentioned before, please open a ticket in the WPML Support Forums on WPML.org. The link you shared is for www.remarpro.com which is intended for general questions rather than debugging support. The issue you are describing is specific to your website.

    You will need an active WPML license in order to open a ticket but you could also look for answers to your issues in the public forum:

    Please also make sure your plugins are all updated, including the WPML And WCML versions here:

    If you do not have a valid WPML license, it is very possible that you are missing some updates, which would explain the issues you are facing.
