    Dear Booster Team ??

    I have a problem with WooCommerce Multicurrency Product Base Price (Booster Pack Plus).

    The backend is working fine. I can change currency and after the update i also see the new currency in the WooCommerce price tab.

    Unfortunately i can’t see the new currency symbol in the frontend

    https://booster.io/features/woocommerce-multicurrency-product-base-price/

    This is part of the rendered HTML

    <meta itemprop=”price” content=”23″>
    <meta itemprop=”priceCurrency” content=”EUR”>

    I’ve taken a look inside the files and i didn’t find the part where is the hook to the woocommerce functions… but i’m not a good developer with others people code :).

    Sorry. I’ve misunderstood this feature.

    I was looking to show a different currency for a specific product and not a currency conversion.

    Hi,

    Glad you figured it out, and thanks for letting us know. The only way to show different currencies on the frontend is to set different currency for the external products (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Prices & Currencies > Currency for External Products”). Not sure I can see how another currency can be showed for standard products – how we should display the cart and checkout totals in this case? If you could explain how do you see this feature working, I could try to add it to the plugin. Please let me know what you think.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Don’t worry. It’s a single case scenario for a client. He want to show a category in USD instead of EUR (it’s a wholesale private e-commerce used only for preorders).

    I used the price label plugin to override the currency. He doesn’t bother if the cart is in EUR.

    I’ve found plugin with exactly the feature i’ve requested. This is the link If you want to take a look to the user flow. For me is not a killer feature but i know you want to add always more to the Booster Pack ??

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. Happy to hear you figured it out.

    If I’m not missing anything, this can be done by using Booster’s “Custom Price Labels” module (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Button & Price Labels > Custom Price Labels”) and setting per product “Instead of the price” label. However this won’t cover currency exchange rates, and you will have to enter price in original currency by yourself. So thanks for the link, I will definitely add something like this to the plugin (I’m thinking of something like “Currency per Product” module), so it will deal with the automatic exchange rates.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hi,

    I understand that you already solved this, but just wanted to let you know that I’ve added “Currency per Product” module to the plugin (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Prices & Currencies > Currency per Product”).

    Best regards,
    Tom
