Woocommerce move quantity and add to cart

Try this custom css:

.cart {
  display:block !important;
}
#price_calculator {
  width:200px;
}
#price_calculator input,
#price_calculator select {
  width:64px;
}
.quantity.buttons_added {
  float:none;
}

Custom css can be entered at:
Dashboard > Appearance > Customise > Additional CSS
