• Hi, one of my clients has an e-commerce website built in WordPress with woocommerce. It’s a diamond jewelry website and one of its page is facing a mobile usability error of clickable elements too close together. Despite adding CSS code, it still does not work. Is there any plugin that fixes mobile usability errors on the entire website?

  • Your site’s active theme is responsible for UI/UX issues like this.

Despite adding CSS code, it still does not work.

What specific CSS code, and how did you “apply” it?

What specific elements on the page are you targeting with the CSS code?

And did you remember to flush your LiteSpeed cache after adding the CSS code?

@gappiah It’s an E-commerce site with 1000+ products. After researching from youtube I’ve made a CSS code and add it in the customization section of the theme. The issue persists despite adding the code and sometimes the page does not load. Can you explain flushing the Lightspeed cache? It will benefit me.

    Thanks!
