    Dear Support!

I would like to ask you for help with displaying a Woocommerce mini cart on the site. I tried using the Woocommerce own widget and the elementor widget, but the mini cart is always empty. It does not display the event even though the cart page shows that there is content in the cart.

Is there a solution to this?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Greetings. I believe that for an Event, it is advisable not to incorporate a mini cart. The reason being, Events typically have a substantial amount of metadata, and integrating a mini cart may lead to potential information loss. Consequently, the cart may not display all necessary details accurately.

This is due to the limitation of mini carts in recognizing all the data points associated with an Event, such as start and end dates, times, ticket price variations, etc. Therefore, it is recommended to refrain from using a Mini cart in conjunction with an Event.

However, if the necessity arises, you may reach out to us from the plugin description for in dept investigation.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us whenever you require assistance; we are always ready to help.

    Best Regards
