    Hi there, are you having trouble with WooCommerce Memberships?

    If so, as a premium plugin user, we’re happy to help at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please be sure to include a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it in your response.

    We will be able to help you further there.
