Woocommerce marking order as completed as soon as it is received

    When I put a test order through the site I’m developing, (using Vivawallet in test mode) I receive two emails one saying that the order has been received which is correct but I also get one saying that the order has been completed.

    When I checked the orders, they have been marked as completed.

    Any idea what might be causing this?

    Great question. Are the products in the order both virtual and downloadable? If so, those will be automatically marked complete as soon as they are paid for.

    If they aren’t virtual and downloadable, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    I fixed that, thanks. It was a hidden setting in the payment gateway
