Would be really good to have public updates on these support queries rather than just ‘get in touch with us direct’.
I know a lot of info is site-specific and obviously sensitive, but as someone who is thinking of switching to SendInBlue I need to know it works as intended, without very specific config.
I was using SendGrid for transactional emails, but having real issues with them, being blacklisted (our domain is fine, it’s SendGrid’s servers).
For now I’ll switch to Mailgun as it’s tried and tested and know it works with the existing Post SMTP plugin.
Please update the thread with the actual issue here, so we all know where any problems may lie with SendinBlue and this plugin, and if I/we can indeed put the effort in to migrating.
