    Hey Hannes,
thanks for your great plugin, I’ve been using it for years now.

I’m running a little Woocommerce shop page and since I updated WP HTML Mail to version 2.7.9.1 all the automatically sent Woocommerce mails are recognized as SPAM by most of the recipients.
If I deactivate WP HTL Mail all’s running fine again. Of course I don’t want to do without the nice look and feel…
Do you have any idea what’s happening here?

    Many thanks and bst regards,
    Schlawiener

  • Hey @schlawiener,
In most cases a spam classification is related to

    • the email sender
    • the email server
    • the email subject
    • or the email content

I don’t think it is related to the template.
You could try to use an SMTP plugin like this one. And also make sure your configured email sender in WP HTML Mail matches the authenticated SMTP user.
If this doesn’t work there are some online spam test tools where you send your email and it checks your content for some technical rules. I’ve used this in some newsletter tools, but I’m sure there’s a standalone version of such a tool.
Let me know if you can find out some more details.
    best regards, Hannes
