WooCommerce Mails are not sent

    hi,
    we have purchased the full version of clean-talk.
    since then our spam problem is solved. thank you.
    however now we don’t receive and do not send any Woocommerce mails anymore (order received, thank you for your order, status of your order).

    Previously (with the free version) it used to work.

    When we switch off the plugin it works again.

    I fumbled around with the exclusion settings – however nothing i try works. even deactivating anti-spam checks for Woocommerce completely….

    Could you, please clarify, don’t you get mails from already submitted orders, or are the orders getting blocked as well?

    We don’t get emails from already submitted orders, we do not receive email notifications from new orders and customers don’t receive any emails.

    So basically all emails generated by woocommerce are being blocked.

    But we receive orders (in the Order section of Woocommerce, but no mails…) and payments go through (via a seperate plugin – not woocommerce based payment gate-way…

    We’ve tested WooCommerce and Payrexx plugin with CleanTalk Anti-Spam. We were not able to reproduce the issue, we receive WooCommerce mails. Could tell us more details of how to reproduce the issue?
