    Hi there,

    We have a problem for the ‘Processing Order” mail sent to the customer. The customer recieves the mail but it’s not logged by the plugin for 1 specifif products. For the other products it works fine!

    Any idea how to resolve?

  • Since i don’t know your products I can’t tell you why a mail for a specific product is not logged. There is likely a error in the php error log about the reason.
