Woocommerce Lottery Cron server not triggering

Hi,

I am trying to configure Cron Server to trigger start and end date for the woocommerce lottery plugin, the cron command I have used is wget -q -O a?? https://luckywins.co.uk/?lty_lottery_cron=update and currently it is set to trigger twice per hour (unsure how to set it to every minute currently).

It looks as if its all working but when i create a product and try to preview it, I am getting the message product needs an end date, I can start a competition manually but no timer is showing or end date.

I am using siteground for hosting and its built using elementor and rey theme,
Maybe I am missing something but I cant figure it out, any help would be awesome
