Hello everyone! I’m using WooCommerce and Tutor LMS on my WordPress site, with WooCommerce My Account as the dashboard. When a user purchases a course, WooCommerce sends them a link where they can set their new password after automatic account creation if they don’t have an account. The problem is that when Tutor LMS is activated, the password reset link sent by WooCommerce doesn’t work and instead shows the login module on the Lost Password page, but the link works fine when Tutor LMS is deactivated. The guest mode is enabled in Tutor (though even if it’s not enabled, the issue still persists). If anyone has experience with this issue or can provide guidance, I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving it. Is there a configuration or code change that can fix this conflict?<gwmw style=”display: none; background-color: transparent;”></gwmw>

  • Hey @andreanelu ,

The issue you’re facing is happening because you’ve set the WooCommerce “My Account” page as the dashboard for Tutor LMS. To resolve the conflict, you need to select a different page for your Tutor LMS dashboard, separate from the WooCommerce My Account page.

After updating the settings, test again by having a guest user purchase a course. The problem should be resolved, and the password reset link should work as expected.

Let me know if this helps, or if you need further assistance!

    Thank you.
