Woocommerce – Login OTP email not sent

Please make sure your email system is working fine.
Then, from our User Verification setting, please enable the option for both the default and WooCommerce login.

I have set the settings as mentioned by you.

I have even updated your plugin to the latest Version 2.0.18

Emails are working as I am getting the verification emails.

But the OTP emails are not seen. The spinner continues to show indefinitely.

I believe this issue is related to the block theme!
Could you please switch to a different theme? For example, “Twenty Twelve“.
I hope this will resolve your issue.

I am using https://themeforest.net/item/kidz-baby-store-woocommerce-theme/17688768 which is NOT block based.
