Woocommerce Lightbox Issues

Hello! I know there are hundreds of threads about Woocommerce Lightbox issues, but I can’t seem to find an answer that fixes my issue.
I just installed the Product theme by dessign.net – the PrettyPhoto lightbox works on my product page, but it only opens one image at a time and doesn’t let you scroll to the next or previous image. I’ve disabled all my plugins to see if that’s an issue but nothing fixes it.
Any suggestions for fixing this? Thanks!
