Woocommerce: layered navigation

Hello

I installed woocommerce and activatied the layerd navigation widget. Everything works just fine. But i would like to have different navigation depending on the category the visitor is in. Let say i sell boardgames and comics. When te visitor is in the category boardgames, he should be able to filter on the number of players that can play the game. But when he is on the comics category he should be able to filter on the pages the comics counts. So is it possible to have different layered navigations depending on the category?
